This role is accountable for delivering superior client service while in training to be a proficient Insurance Advisor. This is a permanent, full-time position working in office.
Requirements:
Completion of Fundamentals of Insurance (FOI), client experience and administration.
Reporting to the Auto Division Lead, the Auto Insurance Advisor is accountable for delivering superior client service to walk-in clients while maximizing sales opportunities. This is a permanent, full-time position working in office.
Requirements:
Level 1 or 2 insurance license, client experience and administration.
Reporting to the Digital Solutions Lead, Digital Solutions Advisor is accountable for delivering superior client service that promotes retention and new business. This is a permanent, full-time position working in office.
Requirements:
Level 1 or 2 insurance license, auto or personal lines insurance experience, client experience and administration.
Reporting to the Auto Division Lead, the Mobile Insurance Advisor is accountable for delivering superior client service to Stratis’ dealership partners and clients that promotes retention and new business. This is a permanent, full-time role working at our dealership partners.
Requirements:
Valid BC drivers’ license and reliable vehicle, Level 1 or 2 insurance license, auto insurance experience, client experience and administration.
Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Insurance Administrator is accountable for administering Stratis’ batching and inventory procedures, reconciliation of payments, reporting and analysis with an acute eye to quality control. This is a permanent, full-time position working in office.
Requirements:
Administration experience, Excel and reporting, accounting/bookkeeping an asset, attention to detail and quality control.
Reporting to the Digital Solutions Lead, the Personal Lines Advisor provides comprehensive personal insurance proposals and superior client service, effectively managing client relationships and driving sales. This is a permanent full-time position working in office.
Requirements:
Level 2 insurance license, personal lines insurance experience, client experience and administration.
Reporting to the Digital Solutions Lead, the Commercial Lines Advisor provides comprehensive commercial insurance proposals and superior client service, effectively managing client relationships and driving sales. This is a permanent full-time position working in office.
Requirements:
Level 2 insurance license, personal lines insurance experience, client experience and administration.
